The shopping-center-market is characterized by a rising internationality. Due to that our latest released survey “International Shopping Center Report 2012” shows the current center situation in the four European countries Austria, Croatia, Hungary and Slovenia. In total there are 588 shopping centers with a total GLA of about 9.36 Mio. m² presented. By outlining important center-plannings valuable information concerning future developments can be found.
